Build to Suit
A “Build to Suit” is a type of transaction that enables a company to build a new facility or expand an existing facility in exchange for a long-term lease. We work closely with a prospective tenant to determine the specifications, construction schedule and budget for a new facility.

For all of our Build to Suit Saskatoon projects, the construction management is handled internally by Reddee Properties. By internally managing the construction Reddee Properties can ensure that the final product delivered to the tenant is above the industry standard. We believe an above grade product will be less maintenance and ultimately benefit the tenant’s bottom line.
Sale Leaseback
Sale Leaseback is a form of financing that enables a company to free up operating capital in exchange for the simultaneous sale and signing of a long-term lease.
